The World’s First Tri-Camera Digital Anoscope

The forward facing C1 camera has a focal distance of up to 70mm and provides surgeons with views of the perineum and anus. As haemorrhoidal tissue prolapses through the consumable sheath window, instruments can be triangulated under view allowing treatments and tissue sampling to be achieved safely.
The anal canal facing C2 camera has a focal distance of up to 40mm and provides surgeons with unique views of the anal canal & anal transition zone. Pathology like internal fistulous openings, anal fissures and anal cancer can be visualised without the need for multiple scope insertions. A full circumferential view of the anal canal is now possible in a single examination.
The C3 retroflex camera provides views of the anorectal junction, dentate line and distal rectum, which was conventionally only achieved with J-manoeuvres during flexible optical endoscopy. Full confidence in ruling out distal rectal pathology is now possible.

The TriEye® system vastly improves the concurrent visualisation of anatomy including the anus, perineum, anal transition zone, anal canal and anorectal junction. Surgeons can capture clear images and videos by toggling through three of its full high-definition optical CMOS cameras that each provide up to 4000 lux to illuminate the target zones clearly.

The patent-protected sleek, light-weight design of the TriEye® allows single-handed use with easy access buttons and a removable in-built insufflation bellows. Portability, reprocessing efficiency, ease-of-use, clinical work-flow, durability and surgical value have been central themes during its development which can now be
unlocked for surgeons around the world.

The TriEye® digital anoscopy system has been developed by leveraging over 150 years of coloproctological experience from specialist surgeons across the globe. We have listened carefully to the needs of proctological surgeons for the assessment and treatment of anorectal conditions and produced a turn-key solution that unlocks value and delivers clinical efficiency.

This understanding has created the single biggest revolution in optical technology for the anal canal complex. The three, optimally positioned full HD cameras within the TriEye® system now provide colorectal surgeons with unparalleled views of the anal canal unit allowing proctological diagnoses and treatments to be made without the need for further investigation whilst permitting the precision of proctological intervention in the office or the operating room.
